Do not panic ! We are a resourceful team and strive to find a solution. Contact us, tell us what product it is, tell us the zip code and the city when you want the product to arrive and we will take care of the rest.
The delivery time depends on the chosen shipping option. Once your order has been validated, we prepare your goods, with care and according to the necessary conditions, for dispatch.
For items sent by post and relay points:
You are kept informed when the package is sent and we will send you the shipping number (as well as the place of arrival for shipments in relay points) so that you can follow the course of the package.
For items with Calvados and Normandy delivery:
It’s a member of the team who delivers to you! We will contact you in order to agree together on a delivery day and time slot. The goods therefore leave our workshop on the day of your delivery.
For Paris and inner suburbs deliveries:
We work with great carriers who collect the merchandise from our workshop and deliver it to you at the foot of your building. If you need help carrying your furniture to your home, let us know in advance so that we can organize the transporter’s tour and the parking conditions as well as possible.
Once or twice a month, our partners deliver Paris (75) and the inner suburbs (92,93,94), as well as the cities located close to their route.
Deliveries can be made within 3 days to 6 weeks, but it is often within 3 weeks max. after the date of the order.
For deliveries in mainland France: This is personalized delivery.
We work with a network of carriers mainly traveling the West and we are also working to find a delivery solution via a transport platform that allows us to meet individuals who make the trips and who wish to optimize their costs.
The delivery times are therefore completely beyond our control and vary according to the proposals. In this case, we are in regular contact to keep you informed of the solutions available to you.
For home collection:
Depending on the size and the place in which the product is located, we can impose a place of withdrawal and we agree together on a day and a time slot for the withdrawal. For products that are easily transportable, we will offer you several pick-up locations.
When we return from China, we prepare each piece of furniture and each object for a new life.
Note for wood
Depending on the condition of the wooden furniture, we immediately deal with furniture that has traces of wormholes. It is only after that we take the photos that allow you to see exactly what you are buying.
All the pieces of furniture that have been treated include this precision in the product sheet. If you wish, we can apply treatments to furniture that has not been ordered after ordering. On the other hand, it darkens the color of the wood slightly.
You have 14 days after receipt of your order to send us a return request by email and you will be reimbursed within two weeks of receipt of the product.
You are responsible for the postage and return costs.
All the itinerant costs of delivery and packaging are your responsibility.

– if you have doubts about the tastes of the person to whom you want to give a gift, you want to offer him a gift card (email or physical card)
